Oh my I get a little stressed and confused in IKEA. The one closest to us is giant, always crowded and I’m always feeling lost. The kids, however, got comfortable right away when we went yesterday.
You really can’t beat some of the prices. We needed a specific piece of furniture called a sofa table, which sits sort of hidden behind a sofa. I priced them on the internet and then find one for 1/3 the price at IKEA. It came in a thousand pieces but luckily my husband can put anything together (or take it apart!) with ease.
It’s getting a tiny bit easier shopping with the kids. Bribing them with slurpees before hand probably didn’t hurt.
Do you have any tricks when you take your kids along to a store?

Sometimes I’ll threaten that if my oldest girl diesn’t behave well in the store then I’ll stop running errands with her and leave her home with a babysitter in the future
oooh that’s a good one. problem is that my kids LOVE their sitter!!!
