I’m doing a major clean out in the kids’ rooms which includes scrubbing dirt and whatever else off the walls. When I got to this section of my daughter’s wall, right near her closet around her eye level, I hesitated with my Magic Eraser in mid air.
Writing on anything but paper is a big no-no in our house, but, I can’t bring myself to clean it off…this self portrait of my little imp!
What would you do?
I’d clean it off. You have the picture of it.

i would take a picture and post it to FB and save it to my home computer forever and then maybe just maybe clean it off? i’m also an absolute sucker for nostalgia

I agree with elana and brian. You have captured it, now it may be erased. Another option might be to have a section of wall that you allow her to decorate. Walls can be painted. Having a designated wall spot may prevent her artwork from showing up in other, less desirable places.
